Fashion Floor India.

Revenue grew 10× in one quarter.

Fashion Floor India came to us with a working Meta Ads account and a 3× ROAS. With 100+ SKUs and a strong UGC pipeline, we structured their funnel and scaled it into their best quarter ever.

The challenge

100+ SKUs, no clear starting point.

A broad catalogue

Fashion Floor India had a broad catalogue of women's ethnic and casual wear: over a hundred products with no clear data on which SKUs could scale with paid ads. Testing every product individually would burn budget before any pattern emerged.

Existing but unstructured

They were already spending on Meta Ads, pulling around 3× ROAS on a smaller scale. The account lacked funnel segmentation: all campaigns were doing too many jobs at once.

Creative volume without direction

They had a healthy supply of UGC content from influencer barter deals, but no systematic way to identify winners and double down on them before the content went cold.

The approach

A structured funnel, built to compound.

Rather than running one catch-all campaign, we segmented the account by function, so every rupee had a clear job and winners could be scaled without disrupting the rest of the funnel.

  1. Step 01

    Campaign architecture

We restructured the account into distinct campaign types (Cold Creative Testing, Scaling, Cost Cap, Retargeting, and LLA) so each campaign had one measurable objective and a clear budget logic.

  2. Step 02

    UGC creative engine

Their barter-deal UGC content was the real fuel. We systematically tested every new creative in cold campaigns, tracked performance daily, and had a clear threshold for when a creative was worth scaling.

  3. Step 03

    LLA & retargeting

Instagram had already built an engaged audience. We used past purchase data and website visitor lists to run LLA and retargeting campaigns at above-average ROAS, pulling warm audiences into the funnel at low CPA.

  4. Step 04

    Cost cap scaling

When a creative proved itself, we launched dedicated cost cap campaigns to scale it horizontally and vertically without letting CPA drift. New winners got their own campaigns within 48 hours of validation.

What this proves

UGC × structure = compounding growth.

Fashion Floor India already had the ingredients: a strong creative pipeline and an engaged Instagram audience. What they needed was a funnel built to convert that energy into consistent, scalable revenue.

Structuring the account by campaign function, and moving fast on winning creatives, is what unlocked the 10× jump.
