Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Scraft, we understand that sometimes plans change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of our services.

Cancellation Notice

  • Advance Notice: We require that you notify us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service

  • How to Cancel: To cancel a service, please contact us at email or call.

Cancellation Fees

  • Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notification, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Eligible Refunds: If you cancel a service more than 48 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

Rescheduling

  • Notice: If you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Process: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to the same fees as cancellations.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
